How long do I have to return an item?
You have 45 days from the delivery date shown in your tracking confirmation to start a return.
Are return shipping labels free?
Yes for US orders on your first return per order. A $5.99 fee may apply to additional returns or international orders.
Can I exchange instead of refund?
Exchanges aren’t available yet. Return the original item and place a new order for the size or color you want.
What if my item arrived damaged?
Contact us within 7 days with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
