45-Day Returns
Most unworn items with tags attached can be returned within 45 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.
Easy Online Portal
Start a return from your account or the returns page. Print your prepaid label, drop off the parcel, and we’ll email you when your refund is processed.
Refund timeline
Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Bank processing times may add 3–5 additional days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
